Refund Policy — Snuff Wallet

At Snuff Wallet, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery for every order. All parcels are shipped promptly and include a tracking number, provided to the customer immediately after purchase.

Delivered Orders:
If a parcel is confirmed delivered by the postal carrier to the shipping address entered by the customer at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund. We strongly encourage customers to verify their shipping address during checkout, as we always ship to the address provided in the shipping section.

Customer Responsibility:
If there is any issue with a shipment—such as delays, address errors, or a parcel not received—the customer must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist promptly.
If no contact is made within a reasonable timeframe and tracking shows confirmed delivery, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
